Zombie Captain America and Spiderman

Hi everyone, I showed a couple shots of these guys on display at my local show this past 1st friday. Here are some better pictures of the Cap and Spidey. Cap America is a mini-mugg, he is for sale $45 and the Spiderman has a removable mask, he is $65, both of these customs were made out of 2011 SDCC Exclusives! Royal Pain Tattoo shop: Zombie Themed Art show

This past first friday (October 7th) I was part of a show at a local tattoo shop in Lancaster called Royal Pain Tattoos Located on the corner of North Prince street and Harrisburg Pike- It was all zombie themed so I submitted several of my illustration pieces and custom toys. These are some customs They you might have seen before and some you might have never seen. I hope you guys like what you see so far- I will post more pictures once I get my artwork back from the tattoo shop it was held in. So here are pictures from the show.. If you guys see something you like its all for sale, except the (Astro boy) zombie spiderman and BL batman- Those two are already spoken for. The other things are Zombie Weapon X, Ash from Army of Darkness, Zombie Captain America, Zombie Spiderman, Zombie Hulk, Zombie BL firestorm and Let me know what you guys think good or bad, custom toys or my illustration work- The four close up of the zombie drawings are mine, there are other paintings and different forms of art work being displayed which I also took pictures of. SLUG NATION!

This guy was made from a kidrobot toy, I turned this bad boy into a slug, slug warrior to be exact. A group of my friends all bare the name SLUG in our gamer tags, and all of us make up the SLUG NATION. Here's my ode to the slug warrior! This is custom number 212! This guy features removable shield spear and helmet. :) I really like the way this guy came out- His name is SLUG THUMBS (well thats me!)

These two are from a certain episode enter the nightosphere, Finn beat boxes while Marceline sings a song about her way-ward daddy! These two customs are made from an Astro boy toy and a capsule toy( customs number 210 and 211! )

This is a custom dunny that I popped the head off and turned into the balloon, the actual head that sits on the body was fully sculpted by me :) If you couldn't tell its a chameleon whose walking his pet rabbit, he's not to bright, that or he just didn't see the signs warning him to stay off the grass. This is custom #206 for me :)

This is a set I started awhile ago and finally got around to finishing it, this set features I hand painted/sculpted base with working light fixture. Two little add ons that make this set/diorama special to me are the incorporation of original ninja turtle (toy) accessories. The City sewer shield and the canister of Ooze. Both figures were sculpted with Apoxe sculpt. I really enjoy this set these are customs number 193 and 194.

This is a custom I made purely for my own self enjoyment, This guy embodies everything I think of When I think of Wolverine, Big, hairy, Gnarly teeth, torn costume, blood, cuts, missing flesh, animantium skeleton- all that. I like to title this piece, Man, Beast or Machine? I did tons of work on this guy, put holes in this guy so you can se thru to the other side, installed a working light for the eye, animantium bone structure in the leg and arm. Really love this guy :) this is custom number 192! :)

Hi everyone, I finished this lady up a couple days ago, I started her a long while ago about 3 months? I finally had some time to sit down and put some work into her and I must say I am pleased with the results. I really enjoyed working on the larger kidrobot base, I really like how easily the figure comes apart. My favorite part of this custom is the Spear I made to go with her. This marks custom # 190! :) 10 left to go!

The Man Without Fear

This custom is not so much DARE DEVIL as it is more "The Man Without Fear." The original costume design of this version of DD is credited to Rafael Grampa. I drew out a mockup way back for this.. and never did it until I was totally inspired by seeing toy boys yellow DD. So I finally turned it into a custom and Im pretty happy with the turnout. I like Dare Devil alot, especially the older version.He was a masked vigilantly but for justice . He'd go out and kick Crime/ Evils ass and did he it all blind! Plus when he wasn't fighting he was putting the bad guys behind bars! He worked as a Lawyer in a place called Hell's Kitchen- He totally was the Man Without Fear.. Rocko's Modern Life: Zombie Set

I got the idea for making this set one late night/ early AM watching Rocko's Modern Life on Nick Toons. The episode Happen to feature Rocko as a zombie, well the tv made him into a "zombie". This is Leo from Eastman and Laird's original TMNT comic. This set will be based off the original design of the character, featuring all red bandanas and brown pads- Classic TMNT! Sid the Kid's Custom Playground contest will be held on March 29th!

Rules:

Each match up will be 24 hours! Once the 24 hours concludes the muggs in round one that beat out their opponents will advance to round 2. Those same muggs will continue until the end of the tourney. New pictures of the muggs can change! If you’d like to update your entry picture let me know and it can be done rather easily.

The artists who made the entries will be named after the competition has completed. ENTRIES CAN NOT BE DEBUT"D ON INTERNET PRIOR TO CONTEST. Mobile Mugg Station

So for the past week I've been in Orlando Florida with my family- I brought My Mobile Mugg Station with me, haha I brought a small box full of 3 shades of each color in the spectrum and then some, paintbrushes, ink pens, Aves apoxe sculpt, scissors, glue gun, pliers, wire, packaging tape, hot knife, sand paper, felt and foam paper. Everything I needed to mugg and enough muggs to make all of sale orders and a couple more. One of them being my Rocket tourny 5 entry(TMNT), a trade mugg with edstuff (Boba Fett) and Dr. Doom the winner from Project Mayhem 1!

This post is just here to give you a preview of an upcoming project I am working on. I'm currently working on a Eastman and Laird's TMNT set. This set will be based off the original design of the character, featuring all red bandanas and brown pads- Classic TMNT! All sculpt work and paint application will be done by yours truly :) and the weapons were all hand crafted by the one and only Dr. Mugg!

These two customs were done for my own enjoyment but available for purchase- I made the human torch dunny as a R.I.P Custom- I thought I would show him some love for his recent replacement of spiderman in the new fan four- BOOOOOOOO! This is Majin Buu Vegeta, from the cartoon series Dragon Ball Z, airing on Cartoon Network as Dragon Ball Z Kai now. This was made out a flame head Mighty Mugg- this is all acrylic paint no sculpt work. Dragon Ball Z character have been on my list for a good while now- and Im happy I finally got to make one! Hello everyone! This might look familiar, a mockup submission in the 1st Project Mayhem contest! My Dr. Doom went up against the probe droid mockup made by Dr. Mugg. As you once saw before I painted a sculpted mugg by Dr. Mugg which was Old snake from metal gear solid- Now I'm doing it again- I received this guy with the mugg head attached to the droid body, and I painted the rest and the base is also made by Dr. Mugg ( same base I used for my Boba Fett!) Now you also will notice that my version of the probe droid doesn't look quite like the Doc's mockup- I made it my own! It seems only fitting to post this custom now that Project Mayhem is back for the 2nd contest! I Hope you guys like it-this is custom number 164.

These two customs were originally started by a friend of mine who was going thru a bad funk and wanted me to finish them off, so all the sculpt work is done by him and I took care of the paint application! These two were based off a certain reference pic at his request. I must admit this project was a little difficult for me because I wanted to do my own interpretation of these two since I have yet to make either of these characters! This is a capsule toy custom that I made for my dad as a birthday present. My dad grew up in Ny so he's always been a a big NY sports fan, thus the present for him. Dobby is a mini mugg with sculpted ears, and he's wearing a I love <3 potter sweat shirt, for two reasons: Dobby is eternally grateful to harry for setting him free and my gf literally loves the harry potter books. Plus one of the reference pics I worked from had a shirt saying a similar saying and I thought it was perfect. Welcome one and all, this custom has been a working progress for several months now, I started this guy maybe 4 or 5 months ago and had to put him to the side to work on other things. I finally got a chance to put some more man hours in, and now I am finished! This guy was made for my own personal enjoyment, I had an extra mugg body laying around and was trying to think of something to make with it, I originally got the mechsuit idea from Yabemc. In addition to collecting vinyl toys, I also like to collect and build legos, the pilot of the mech suit is none other than Cobra Commander him self, he used to be a starwars snow trooper :) This mech suit features two different modes, It has the standard street Viper mode and the Fire Viper mode. The street Viper mode is a standard mechsuit with Blaster Cannon, while the Fire Viper mode has a bullet proof fire resistant cock-pit complete with flame thrower and jetpack. But when it comes down to you can mix and match which ever way you choose, the pictures below show some of the options you can choose from! Also the pilot isnt removable but his mask is, I would love to show you whats underneath but only the person who purchases it will find that out ;) This guy is for sale, if any one is interested feel free to email me! Ash: Army of Darkness

This character has been on my list for a long time now, and my recent revelation of mini-muggs and other small vinyls, gave me a great chance to work on this character, Ash from Army of Darkness. I've also been waiting to make a custom that would give me a chance to incorporate magnets into the custom, and Ash's removable chainsaw was a perfect fit. So yes the mini chainsaw is fully detachable and is magnetic. Also Included on this custom are real leather straps and a gun sheath made out of felt. I really enjoyed working on the character itself and it also gave me a good excuse to watch the movie a couple times over, haha. Someone said it would be cool to make a base for him, So I used the poster art for my inspiration on the base he stands on. The base is a mound of dirt, with skeleton pieces resting in a pile then behind them is his car that he's stands on in the poster. This was a custom I made for a trade with my old roommate (Ev Jones) We recently had moved out of our apartment and we headed back home, him to NY and me to NJ. Any way He made Me Rod from "Hot Rod"-Awesome movie if you haven't checked it out! I made him Brock Samson, the Venture family body guard, from the adult swim show Venture Brothers- If you haven't seen it-Its an awesome show! He wanted Brock portrayed from a certain episode - Victor. Echo. November. In the episode their is a hit on the venture family by the guild- and Brock runs around the house naked killing off all intruders. When Brock was asked "Why are you Naked?" This is how he replied- "To prey on their fear, move like an animal, to feel the kill!" This is custom number 147 for me.

Hello everybody, this is [OLD] Snake from the Metal Gear Solid video games: This custom was a two person project, Dr.mugg hand crafted the [awesome] removable knives and sculpted most of the mugg. Then the good Ol Dr. handed it over to me and said do with it what you will and I was like okay?! THANKS?! haha So this is our love child, haha. No but really the dr. had started this awhile back for Are-Jay and that fell thru and he gave it to me to finish off. Anyway I added the sculpted mustache, cig, hair and bandana tail. This originally was my entry to the Tag team contest, I must admit I was a little lazy with that custom and didn't want to make it- It turned out kinda half-assed looking with the foam hair. So I was stuck with it and I didn't want to have that in my collection, so I removed all the foam hair and sculpted a new due for her, I also repainted the face. Project Mayhem: Dr. Doom [Contest Winner]

Project Mayhem was a contest held by Screamt111 (custom x) it is a Showdown for Mockups.

The contest was held much like a Rocketboy Tourney in that there will be brackets and rounds. Every person is allowed to enter TWO Mockups. (Yes this means one of your mockups could go up against another of your own, the possibilities are endless.) Mockups can be hand drawn, painted, photoshop, fingerpaint, stick figures, any media you like. All are welcome to sign up for this contest. Artwork must be yours, no copying from an old post or from hasbro and calling it yours. Can be any characters from anything.

The prize like in the Showdowns is you get bragging rights and a banner that says you won the first ever PROJECT MAYHEM award. As a special award i will also mail the winner a Mighty Mugg so they can transform their mockup into a Mugg.

Some of the contestants included Custom X, Irulan, Pikey, VNR, Bloodyprince, Gooeychicken, potishen, Grapetang, ShinsoMuggs, Toyboy, JAsonTeck, Dr. Mugg and Myself. The contest was four rounds. There was plenty of great work and some stiff competition! But in the end there can only be one winner and that was The Awesome Iron Clad Lord, DOOM!

This was my entry to the contest, Dr. Doom Unmasked! Doom has always been one of my favorite characters, mad villainy!! Muahahaha My idea came when I was looking for a custom to make out of the new SDCC 2010 Ironman Flip face mugg. Then suddenly it came to me, DOOOMM!! MY very first custom I ever Made was a Dr. Doom So I figured it was about time I did another rendition of him a year later! So As the winner of the contest I was awarded a mugg and I just received my Banner to put in my Signature on the MMF, check it out!

The Lone Ranger: United Way Fund Raiser

Hello everyone, this mugg was created for the United Way charity auction. This was all put together by a fellow forum member pikey, the theme was "classic" Tv show characters. There were several artists involved in this project, Fuller, Irulan, Matcandraw, Pikey, Rocketboy & Sid the Kid. My character as you can tell was the Lone Ranger. This custom features removable hat, bandana and custom gun. Pikey said he would post a pic of them all together when he receives them all in the mail. I wish you the best of luck and I hope the lot of muggs brings in a boat load of money for the United Way charity auction!

Oscar your such a grouch! Maybe it's because I live in a trash can and I'm the poorest muppet on the street and nobody wants to help me.- haha Sorry I always think of Dave Chappelle's stand up! Any who this is Oscar I was inspired to make him after a customer ordered a Cookie Monster mighty mugg! Oscar is for sale, until than he's in my personal collection! Enjoy!

C is for Cookie and thats good enough for me! Here is everyone's favorite cookie fiend in mugg form. Roughly a week ago I was offering a $50 custom sale, this was my first order, finished in about a week and a half. This guy also inspired me to make Oscar the grouch with some pieces I had laying around. I hope you enjoy him as much as the customer did!
