Jinpei & Ryu from Gatchaman : Science Ninja Team

Hello, Im back with the 3rd and fourth members of the Science Ninja team, Jinpei & Ryu!  I was working on these two back and forth.  As you can see in the very last picture the Squad is almost there all they are missing is Ken, their leader! All the Science Ninja Team Customs are going to a forum member and buddy of mine, Laz.

Joe: Gatchaman- Science Ninja Team

This custom is Joe from Gatchaman, its the 2nd addition to the team out 5!  Three left on the list to make Ryu, Jinpei and of course Ken.  Be on the look out for all three!

Prince Zuko

This next Mugg is Prince Zuko from Avatar: The Last Airbender. I made him for a friend of mine I work with, He was quite happy with the final result.  I sculpted the front and back of the hood.

Isaac from the video game Dead Space

This is Isaac the repair man set on a one man mission not only to save a space station but destroy an alien/ infected race and did I mention their are hordes of them?  I was really tempted to cover this guy in blood splatters. :) But I decided not to I was happy with the way he came out, there are a lot of subtle details, His back turned out great.  Im over all  pretty excited about this guy, and my costumer was even talking about creating some of the monsters he shoots down and curbs stomps! I might have to cover this guy in blood after all! haha

I enjoyed making the Isaac character, it was kind of hard to get him finished because I was working back and forth between him and spawn!

STORM

This next custom Is Storm from X-men.  I sculpted a few strands of hair and her breast.  The cape was taken from another Storm toy and was provided by my customer.  This was only my 2nd female mugg, but I must say I enjoy making them.  I just posted this mugg on the forums showcase today, Im finally all caught up in my blogger posts! I really Like the way her face and hair turned out!

I was pleased to be informed today that a couple of My custom Muggs were shown on Toycutter, I would like to say a Big thanks to John who runs that site and too ALL of my customers for giving me a chance!  Make sure to check back in from time to time to see wha'ts new at Siddney customs!

This was another Pimp my custom mugg:  Same customer was unhappy with a custom he received from another customizer and he thought I might be able to fix it up, I know most people are unfamiliar with this character or the show altogether, I must admit I'm in the same boat.  None the less I looked up some reference and must say she came along rather well, she was my first female Mugg!

BioShock: Big Daddy

This custom was made for a friend of mine that I work with, It was inspired by the popular video game Bioshock, which I eagerly await the release of number 2.  This guy was fun to make, he is compiled of a number of random objects: Wire, headphone cord's, a wheel from a chair, Bendy straw, Hot glue stick, Golf tee, parts of a flash light and Sun tanning lotion caps!  This bad boy sold for $70.00!

Where the Wild Things Are!

One of my favorite books as kid not only comes to life on the Big screen this year but also in Mugg form and he's actually furry! I sculpted his nose and horns, then Cut and glued felt to cover his entire his body, his tail is a pipe cleaner covered in strings of fabric.

An when he came to a place where the wild things are they roared their terrible roars and gnashed their terrible teeth and rolled their terrible eyes and showed their terrible claws till Max said " BE STILL!"- Maurice Sendak

BLack Lantern Firestorm!

This custom is the 2nd of my BL series: the character is Firestorm.  The base mugg was ghost rider, If you haven't caught on  by now, the BL series are "Zombie" versions of superheros. This was done at the request of a forum member as well.  It was dubbed "artsy" and received much praise for the design.  I enjoyed making this mugg and I look forward to my next Bl custom Mugg!
