The way I work: All orders must be paid up front, via paypal. The usual completion of a custom is 3-4 weeks, in this time you should receive progress pictures thru various stages- After the completion of your piece everything is sent Via USPS (priority mail with confirmation numbers) If sent outside of the USA, it will be sent First class!
